RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CASCADE CAVERNS CAMPGROUND AND PARK
Please take a few moments to review our park rules that have been designed through many, many years of experience for our campers to have a happy relaxed and enjoyable stay with us.
- Office hours are posted at the Gift Shop entrance.
- We reserve the right to assign sites. If you wish to change sites please check at the office first.
- Check out time is 12 noon or 1pm for campers taking a cave tour.. Additional charge for late check outs. Inquire at the office in advance if needing to leave later.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No excessive noise at any time. Please remember to be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise at a minimum level at all times.
- The maximum number of people allowed to camp on a site is six (6).
- Daily visitors may be subject to an entrance fee and must check in at the office.
- Parents are responsible for the actions, safety and supervision of their children. Children 16 and under must be at their own camp site or accompanied by an adult after 10:00 pm.
- Firecrackers, fireworks and firearms are not permitted in the park per state law.
- Do not cross fence lines on the property or go into yards of neighboring residences.
- The speed Iimit is 10 mph,
- NO ATVS, SEGWAYS, MINI BIKES or SKATEBOARDS are allowed to be used in the park.
- No gas-powered remote-controlled vehicles are allowed to be operated in the park.
- Golf Carts must be registered at the office and may only be driven by campers with a valid driver’s License. Carts are not to be driven after dark unless they have proper lighting,
- Pets are allowed with air conditioned RVs only. No pets are allowed on sites with only tents. Texas State law requires all dogs be on a leash six feet long at all times. No pets are allowed in the buildings or cave. All dog waste is to be picked up and placed in the trash. Dogs may not be left unattended outside your RV. The owner shall guarantee that their dog has all current vaccinations. The owner understands he is responsible for the actions of his pet. In the event any animal becomes, in the sole opinion of Cascade Caverns, a nuisance to the other guests or employees, such animal shall be removed from the property immediately upon receipt of notice by Cascade Caverns management. No guest shall be permitted to maintain on his or her campsite a Bull Terrier (Pit Bull) or any dog or dogs of mean or of violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such temperament.
- Please keep your campsites clean. No permanent structures of any kind will be constructed on the campsite.
- No dumping of gray water per Texas State Regulations other than at a designated dump station.
- No outside sinks or portable showers to be set up on your camp site.
- Due to insurance reasons no hot tubs or swimming pools.
- You may only have one (1) RV OR two (2) tents on each camp site.
- Ground fires and wood fires are not permitted on campsites without prior permission AND during periods when burn-bans are present for Kendall County. Personal grills may be used for cooking but cannot be placed on picnic tables. Please ask us to deliver one of our grilles to your site if one is not available nearby.
- No cutting or trimming of any trees or shrubbery without the consent of the park superintendent.
- No Iaundry is to be hung outside on clothes lines.
- The park superintendent reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and to ask any person to leave the park at any time.
- Cascade Caverns, Inc. is not responsible for any theft or loss of articles of any person while residing in the park.
- Cascade Caverns, Inc. is not responsible for any damage due to fires or accidents caused by persons residing in the park.
- Cascade Caverns, Inc. will not be responsible for any vehicle accidents or acts of nature that occur in the park.
