• Agricultural Heritage Museum – The Agricultural Heritage Center & Museum is a non-profit organization established in 1986 in Boerne to preserve the historic farming implements, tools, and artifacts that were used in the Texas Hill Country for future generations to learn from.
  • Boerne YMCA – Provides health and wellness classes and equipment for AWAY member on vacation or for a small fee for non-members.
  • Cibolo Nature Center – Open to the public since Earth Day 1990, the Cibolo Nature Center provides education, research, entertainment and outdoor activities for more than 100,000 visitors a year, while promoting sound stewardship of land, water and wildlife.
  • Enchanted Springs Ranch – This 86 acre working ranch excites visitors from all over the world with its rugged, natural beauty, collection of exotic animals, and authentic time warp – a Western town right out of the 1800′s with real live cowboys and cowgirls.
  • Gruene Hall – Texas’ oldest dance hall and a regular spot for great music
  • Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation – Since 1989, the Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation has exposed students to visiting artists and professors through the residency program at the scenic 525 acre ranch. In 2006, programs were expanded to include enrichment classes for community participation.
  • Sister Creek Vineyards – The winery is located between the cypress lined East and West Sister Creeks in a restored 1885 cotton gin. Bordeaux and Burgundy wine making techniques are employed to produce Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot wines.
  • Six Flags Fiesta Texas – Theme park located just a few miles from Cascade Caverns on the outskirts of San Antonio.
  • The Alamo – More than 2.5 million people a year visit the 4.2 acre complex known worldwide as “The Alamo.” Most come to see the old mission where a small band of Texans held out for thirteen days against the Centralist army of General Antonio López de Santa Anna.
